At EnCourt, we want your order to reach you quickly, safely, and without any surprises. Here’s everything you need to know about how we ship.

Where do you ship?

We currently ship all across India. We do not offer international shipping at this time.

How much does shipping cost?

  • Standard Shipping — Free on all orders, no minimum order value required.

  • Express Shipping — Available at an additional charge of ₹100, displayed at checkout. Choose this when placing your order.

How long will my order take to arrive?

Timelines are from the date of dispatch, not the date of order placement. Delivery to remote or non-metro pin codes may take slightly longer.

When will my order be dispatched?

Orders are processed and dispatched within 1–2 business days of payment confirmation. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next working day.

What payment methods are accepted?

We accept the following payment methods at checkout:

  • UPI

  • Credit & Debit Cards

  • Net Banking

  • Cash on Delivery (COD)

  • Wallets

Can I cancel my order?

Yes — cancellations are accepted before the order is dispatched. Once dispatched, cancellations are not possible. To cancel, contact us immediately at support@encourt.co with your order number.

If the order has already been dispatched by the time we receive your request, you may initiate a return after delivery as per our Returns, Refunds & Exchange Policy.

How do I track my order?

Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email and/or SMS with your tracking number and a link to track your delivery in real time. Please note it may take a few hours after dispatch for tracking to activate.

For any tracking issues, write to us at support@encourt.co with your order number.

What if I’m not available at the time of delivery?

Our courier partner will attempt re-delivery. You will be notified via SMS or email with re-delivery details. If delivery fails after multiple attempts, the package may be returned to us — please contact us to arrange re-shipment. Additional charges may apply for re-dispatch.

What if my order arrives damaged?

Please record a clear unboxing video when opening your package. If the item is damaged in transit, contact us at support@encourt.co within 48 hours of delivery with your order number and the unboxing video or photos. We will arrange a replacement or refund as applicable.

What if I entered the wrong address?

Please double-check your delivery address, pin code, and phone number before placing your order. EnCourt is not responsible for delays or non-delivery due to an incorrect or incomplete address. If you notice an error immediately after placing your order, contact us at support@encourt.co and we’ll do our best to update it before dispatch.

What about delays?

While we do our best to meet estimated timelines, occasional delays can occur due to high order volumes, courier disruptions, weather events, or public holidays. If your order hasn’t arrived within 10 business days of dispatch, write to us at support@encourt.co and we’ll investigate right away.
