Return, Exchange & Refund Policy

At EnCourt, we want you to love what you wear on court. If something isn’t right, we’ve made the process as simple as possible. Please read this policy carefully before raising a request.

Exchange Policy

  • 1-Time Free Exchange: We offer one free size or colour exchange per order. Please refer to the size guide carefully before placing your order.

  • 2nd Exchange (Same Order): If you wish to exchange again from the same order, an additional fee of ₹100 will apply.

  • Eligibility: Items must be unused, unwashed, and in their original packaging with all tags intact.

  • Stock Availability: Exchanges are subject to stock availability. If the requested size or color is unavailable, we will issue store credit.

  • Sale Orders: Orders placed during flash sales or special promotional events are not eligible for exchanges.

Return Policy

  • Request Window: Return requests must be raised within 7 days of delivery.

  • Prepaid Orders: Refunds will be processed to the original payment method. We will initiate the refund within 48 hours of the product being picked up. Please allow 5–7 working days for the amount to reflect in your account.

  • COD Orders: Returns on Cash on Delivery orders will be refunded as store credit only. Cash refunds are not available for COD orders.

  • Shipping & COD Charges: Shipping fees and COD charges, if any, are non-refundable on returns.

  • Sale Orders: Items purchased during flash sales, Buy 1 Get 1, Buy 2 Get 1, or at a discount of 50% or more are not eligible for returns. Size exchanges only, subject to availability.

  • Unboxing Video: Please record a clear unboxing video when opening your package. Claims for missing, wrong, or damaged items will not be accepted without an unboxing video as proof.

Defective or Incorrect Items

If you receive a defective, damaged, or incorrect item, contact us at support@encourt.co within 48 hours of delivery with:

  • Your order number

  • Clear photos or video of the defect or incorrect item

In such cases, we will arrange a reverse pickup at no cost to you and offer a full refund or replacement — regardless of sale status.

Reverse Pickups

  • Serviceable Areas: We will arrange a reverse pickup from your delivery address, wherever our courier partner is available.

  • Non-Serviceable Areas: If your pin code is not serviceable, we will request you to self-ship the item via India Post. We will reimburse up to ₹100 towards shipping costs once the item passes the quality check.

  • Pickup Attempts: A maximum of 3 pickup attempts will be made within 24–48 hours of your request being confirmed. Please ensure someone is available at the address to avoid delays.

Quality Check

All returned items undergo a strict quality inspection upon receipt. Activewear is subject to hygiene checks. Items that do not meet our QC standards — including signs of use, washing, missing tags, or damage — will not be accepted and will be returned to you.

How to Initiate a Request

  1. Email us at support@encourt.co within 7 days of delivery

  2. Include your order number, the item details, and your request (return or exchange)

  3. For exchanges, mention the size and/or color you’d like

  4. Our team will respond within 2 business days with the next steps
