EnCourt offers free shipping on all orders across India, with no minimum order value.
Estimated delivery timelines will be communicated at checkout and via your order confirmation. These are estimates and not guaranteed delivery dates.
Timelines may vary based on your location, courier operations, and factors beyond our control including public holidays, weather events, or logistics disruptions.
Tracking information will be shared with you via email/SMS once your order is dispatched.
We accept return or exchange requests raised within 7 days of the date of delivery.
Products must be unused, unwashed, and returned in their original packaging with all tags intact.
We do not accept returns on items showing signs of use, wash, or post-delivery damage.
Refunds, where applicable, will be processed to the original payment method within 5–7 business days of the returned item being received and quality-checked.
